If your shipment was damaged, please contact us immediately for instructions.  We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a return number.  We will gladly exchange the item or refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding all freight).  However, some returns/cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns without a return number. Do not send back an items without a return number, we will not be able to process the return.

Fisher-Price offers a 1 year warranty for products shipped to U.S. destinations.  And can be contacted directly.

Fisher-Price, Inc, warrants to the original customer that their products are free from all defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized modification, accident or abuse, or attempted repair by the customer.

Should the product fail to perform properly, Fisher-Price, Inc. will repair or replace it at their option, free of charge.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping the product to the Fisher-Price Consumer Relations Department (see address below) and for all associated freight and insurance cost.  Fisher-Price, Inc. will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item to you.
